Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item to us within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original sealable condition. In the event that your product is faulty, does not match its description or perform its function then a full refund (including postage costs) will be made in its original payment method or store credit will be awarded. There is no refund or exchange on sale items.
To return purchases, please email are Customer Service department at email@example.com. Please note that we do not cover return postage costs, however if you paid for postage in your original order, it will be refunded along with the purchase price. When the item has been returned to us, we will arrange for the total price to be refunded into your account.
